These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PaisaStreet website at https://paisastreet.in/ and all associated sites, our mobile application, WAP site and any similar platform (collectively, the “Platform”), and any services offered on the Platform (the “Services”), operated by Biocipher Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U74900HR2015PTC057418; GST: 06AAGCB5147A1Z5), having its registered office at SF-762, 7th Floor, JMD Megapolis, Sector-48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. These Terms are published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Platform and forms an integral part of these Terms.
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, or by availing any Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age, a resident of India, and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, current and complete.
PaisaStreet operates a digital comparison marketplace that helps you compare and apply for financial products. We are a marketplace only — we do not issue credit cards, lend money, or act as a bank, lender or insurer, and we do not ourselves hold RBI or IRDAI registration for those activities. Card and loan products are provided by our partner bank, HDFC Bank Limited, which makes all approval, credit-limit, rate and pricing decisions.
Eligibility indications use a soft enquiry and do not affect your credit score. A full application may involve a hard credit check by HDFC Bank. Indicative offers, eligibility results and product information are for general information only, do not constitute an offer or guarantee of approval, and all decisions on approval, credit limits, interest rates, fees and pricing are made solely by HDFC Bank. Product features, fees and terms are subject to change by the bank without notice.
The content of the pages of the Platform is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice.
Neither PaisaStreet nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials on the Platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Your use of any information or materials on the Platform is entirely at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure any products, services or information meet your specific requirements.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. Where you have provided your mobile number and opted in, you consent to receive communications from us on WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Business Platform, including eligibility results, application-status updates, service notifications, customer support and (where consented) promotional messages. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message or by contacting our Grievance Officer. Street Coins are a loyalty-reward feature of the Platform. Coins have no independent monetary value except as expressly provided below and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coins are earned on the following actions:

Coins expire 12 months after they are earned. We may vary, suspend or discontinue the programme, or change its earning and redemption rates, with notice on the Platform.
The Platform contains material owned by or licensed to PaisaStreet, including its design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice. All trademarks reproduced on the Platform which are not our property or licensed to us are acknowledged. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
The Platform may include links to other websites for your convenience. These links do not signify endorsement, and we have no responsibility for their content. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PaisaStreet harmless against any and all losses, liabilities, damages and claims (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaisaStreet shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, reliance or consequential damages of any kind — including loss of profits, goodwill or data, or business interruption — whether based on breach of warranty, breach of contract or tort (including negligence or strict liability), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
These Terms and any rights and licences granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by PaisaStreet without restriction.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PaisaStreet concerning the Services. If any provision is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
