Biocipher Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U74900HR2015PTC057418; GST: 06AAGCB5147A1Z5), operating the digital financial marketplace PaisaStreet (“PaisaStreet”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is committed to protecting your privacy and to handling your personal data responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data when you access or use the PaisaStreet website (https://paisastreet.in/), mobile application, WAP site and related digital platforms (together, the “Platform”), and when you communicate with us through any channel, including WhatsApp. By accessing or using the Platform, or by providing your personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy applies to all individuals who visit or use our Platform, and to personal data we collect through the Platform, through email, SMS, WhatsApp, telephone and other electronic communications received through or in connection with the Platform. It is issued in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules and regulations made thereunder, as amended from time to time.

We communicate with you through multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, email, telephone and on-site notifications. Where you have provided your mobile number and opted in, we may contact you on WhatsApp using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) to send eligibility results and application-status updates, offers and promotional messages, customer support, and Street Coins updates.
How you opt in. You consent to WhatsApp communications by ticking the consent checkbox on our forms, submitting an eligibility or contact request, or initiating a WhatsApp conversation with us. How you opt out. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message, or by writing to our Grievance Officer (Section 15). When you use WhatsApp, Meta processes message data as our sub-processor to deliver the service; your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's and Meta's own policies.
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the services you have requested, and to comply with our legal, regulatory, tax and accounting obligations. As a general guide, we retain enquiry and account-related data for 3 years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or the data is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. When Personal Data is no longer required, we erase it.

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of children without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected a child's data, contact our Grievance Officer and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, procedural and managerial safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. We require third parties that process your data to implement comparable protection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may transfer or disclose your Personal Data to members of our group of companies and to our service providers, only insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes and legal bases set out in this Policy. Where Personal Data is transferred outside India, we do so only in accordance with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified by the Central Government.
Our Platform may contain links to third-party sites we do not operate; this Policy does not apply to them. We may update this Policy from time to time; where changes are material we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
